EHLO 64digits.com
I'm back and forth again with my presence on this site, not yet really sure why that is. I'm really bad at following through with things I say I'm going to do, so, I think I should just stop using capital letters because they're hurting my eyes to look at and while im at it a little bit of punctuation missing might be okay and also everyhone knows there needs to be a type of some sort here or there an then u start tokin lik this (lol im so goffik doe) and leave the blog shortly.now that those formal introductions are over, i am coming to all of you folks to share in the pickings of some work that I have in progress as of lately.1. i started working on this thing: http://tomeoftheblown.com:3000, as well as http://tomeoftheblown.com/exp/drumpad . right now, they've been stagnating, but as it is, the former is intended to usurp the latter and include it so as to be a functional online jam booth of sorts i guess lols. bottom row of keys plays the keyboard, 1-9 on the numpad plays the respective drumpad or just cilck them. nothing much there right now.2. if you've ever happened to grace by #enigma on freenode, the channel for http://enigma-dev.org, you may have encountered Thundercleese, who is the resident asshat of the channel; let me rephrase; the resident assbot of the channel, fully equipped to annoy the shit out of people by insulting them, mocking them, and probably other stuff too. i haven't started any refactoring of the original working code yet however.3. http://jsfiddle.net/ULnuh/17/embedded/result/ is a basic extension of both muse and drumpad up above, using the audiolets javascript library to do dynamic synthesis of sound. right now the project really is nothing other than an interface to generate a waveform and modify the ADSR envelope attached to it.4. there's no active demo or anything for this one, but at this point in time, i'm also busy trying to come up with a design and work out the back end functionality for a fully web-based DAW, in this case, the goal is to be a tracker where users can log on anywhere, lay down some tracks, and save and share to the world at large, easily, using the backend webserver for sharing and storage.5. oh also, one thing that's always active is http://soundcloud.com/8dx that being all the new music that I randomly come up with, feel free to check it out or whatever. more plays is good for me.6. dear 64digits: what do you like and dislike about the custom CSS that I've used to style my blog? im at the point where i do feel like making a change, but it'd be nice to get a community consensus. that's what a comment box is for. <3anyways, that's about it for now. there are a fair few other things, but i'll save that for another blog. don't want to run out of content!
I think this CSS is hot.
Juurian: as soon as I start getting to work on it, I'll come to you and make sure you get the first beta test pass. :3
pounce4evur: alright, i threw the background to a more neutral, grayscale color so as not to clash too much with the darkness of the backgrounds and the vibrancy of the font size. also, font probs should be changed thx
