Is that a template (@ zip), because the cars are already coloured, and the colourless layer is shaded.
Ah, the "COLOUR ME" layer is just there to show you what you can do - you can erase all of that and start anew within that layer - it's just there to show you how it works (Via the "multiply" effect).

I've gotten used to adobe photo shop at school, and I've never seriously used my paint shop pro before. I need to spend some more time trying to learn how to use some of the freeware editors.
