Well, first up, I gotta say this is a pretty nice little site here. And I suppose an introduction is called for (being a first blog an' all)
Those from the GMG may know me, for those that don't, I'm Malaika. I'm a mod at www.gamemakergames.com.I love making games, and have been using gamemaker since 2001-2 ish… I haven't actually completed any games to date, although my latest project (Danse Machina) is looking great, and should be done soon.–on a side note: sorry to the mod who has to delete one of my two game submissions :P I kinda didn't read the fine print, and thought something went wrong –AAAANNYYHOOI'm doing a games development course at Victoria University, Australia, and that's going swimmingly. After I'm done with that I plan to go into games development full time, starting with indie games, and moving up to the big projects.Well, I'll keep you posted, and if you like the revamped Danse Machina demo, hold out for the next one, which won't be just a tutorial :D
Hi there.
I'm thinking of taking a few Game-Development TAFE Courses here in NSW; However I think i'm more interested in developer tools than gaming. Not just a little site; a pretty damn big one. Well.. At Least I think so.-Rhyshi Malaika, I remember you from the gmg.
Welcome to 64. =)
Danse Machina looks amazingly nice. *points to your banner*[Edit]Oh, I just noticed that you submited it, and it's in queue to be verified…Heh heh, I can play it right now…But I can't accept it, because there's submited games to be accepted before yours, and we want the games on the front page to stay there at least a day. =P[/Edit]I delted the extra submission :P
Welcome to 64d, the best GM site there is. =D
Welcome to 64Digits fellow Game Development student, I study a Full Sail (Australia sounds nicer than Florida though lol).
Ya that site great. My friends and used it and got a nasty game. Still working on it be out during summer.
Are you a boy or a girl. No offence. I think I knew once but now I forget. Your games are quite amazing, btw.
