ARRM video 3DSMax

WEE! Halu everybawdy.

Just wanted to show this thingymajiggle off to you all, cos I wuv it heaps! Its the first animation I've done using 3DStudio Max, and I think its coming along very smoothly. It took an HOUR to render out, then I converted it into a DivX cos the original AVI was 350MB.

AUTOMATED REMOTE RECONNAISANCE MACHINE

Check it out! Its pretty much finished, except for a small clipping problem with one of the legs. I loved animating this baby, sooo fun rigging the bones and making him dance around [^^]

Anyway, for those who want to know, I also plan on continuing this animation (this one is for an assignment at uni) and using it for the introduction for Danse Machina. Yes, you heard me. Danse Machina not only features a gripping storyline, exciting characters, dynamic lights and shadows, real-time physics and big explosions, but it will ALSO feature 3D prerendered cinematics. [^^] doesn't that sound like fun? Anyway, download it and lemme know what you think. In the immortal - and somewhat ludicrous - words of Panda… Toodles!

Looks very nice I still need way more practice with 3DS max. One thing you should have is that bg rotate as well. Only the mountains and the floor spin with the view. But otherwise its neat :D.

that looks dope… I've tried to use 3ds but I get lost & lose interest pretty fast. I taken a class on max but I hated that we used premade objects and they never showed us how to create them… just showed us the interface and how 2 animate them.. :(

nuff about me… when I saw the video, I was imagining sound effects.
