Yeah, this blog will probably be almost as random as the title…

I haven't done any work on Danse Machina since the last blog. I started writing a webcomic, which is going pretty well.

Actually that's a lie, I did work on DM. I fiddled with the enemy AI code quite a bit - its more fun now (although much more random). And I also made the new portrait of Gabrielle (which is my current avatar on the GMG forums).

The webcomic is about the exploits of our D&D group. Can't really explain it better than that. You'd have to see it.

Anyway, I'm SO swamped in work I should have done ages ago, so there will be no DM when I wanted to release it. I'm SORRY! The v0.3 demo was ready to go, but I can't release it without the level, so it just ain't happening for a few weeks now.

In other news, I hate that song, 'My Humps'. When I was staying with the family the other month, my sister played it CONSTANTLY for a week. My god…

In similar news, Finger Eleven are awesome! My favourites of their songs are 'Slow Chemical' and 'Therapy'. Anyone else heard them?

I listened to the new Metallica song that's been floating around. Initial reaction to it was - 'Oh good, they're not going to repeat Saint Anger…' . It sounds like the Load/Reload era of Metallica - which is cool with me cos the post-black (inclusive) albums were my favourites. And yes, I know that's weird. But true.

I like my badges. People love me [^^] I feel special, although it freaks me out to think my heart is blue. Who in the hell adds me to their favourites? I've seen maybe 6 or 7 people, but not 40! And on that note, if everyone likes me so damn much, why the hell aren't I ever in your fancy-schmancy 64D games and comics and movies and stuff? I feel dejected now, purely dejected. I think I might go play Mario for a while (the ORIGINAL. I'm not a pansy like you '3D Mario' pussies that can't handle the heat of a decently challenging game), have a smoke (yeah, shut up), check the mail box, get yet another cup of tea, Sit in front of the computer being generally bored, skip uni, get a call from the car mechanic telling me what my car will cost to fix, go to the mechanic and pay them, drive my car home, then to the library, then home again, then think about doing some work, then not doing work for a little while, then draw a strip or two of my comic… Thats about all I have planned.

Anyway, bleh.
