Ok so apparently washing clothes by hand really sucks. Don't do it unless your clothes are extremely nasty and you don't have any other options.
Also, I still haven't done shit with Game Maker. But I like imagining that I make games, so I've come up with several awesome ideas for games. Maybe i'll actually make one of them one of these days, who knows?
Among my many ideas, there's a particularly good one: Finish my damn Pokemon TCG game. Well really, as long as they keep churning out new Pokemon cards, my game can never truly be "finished". But I can at least get a battle engine up and running. So maybe if one day I don't feel like jerking off to hentai non-stop, perhaps I'll try being the slightest bit productive.Let's see, what else? Well after I abandon my Pokemon game again, I'll probably move on to two games based on ancient games that I made back when I was about 14. One of them is a horror game inspired by Silent Hill, which is tentatively titled "Dread". The other will be a sci-fi RPG called X81-B in which you are the sole survivor of a massive clusterfuck, and you wind up stuck inside a massive alien spacecraft.
So yeah. And then there's that Neon Genesis Evangelion game I'm gonna make at some point. And then I have 3 ideas for games revolving around concepts partially inspired by Death Note.
My next blog will be about how I've abandoned all these for a new awesome idea for a game.
On washing clothes, dang, that sucks. Although I haven't had a dishwasher in forever.
Just do something original and not a fan-game.k
Why not make a simple game? Or, as Scott said, not a fan game.
cleaning dishes without a dishwasher isn't bad at all, I do it all the time, but washing clothes? That sucks.
I already striked out all the fangame stuff, Juju. And I have some simple game ideas, which might be the only things I finish.
I'm not going to be trying to create a Silent Hill game with the "Silent Hill-inspired" title. I'm going to be creating a spiritual successor to a game I made ages ago, which was originally inspired by Silent Hill. The only thing my game will have in common with Silent Hill is that it's supposed to be disturbing. And the 3 games partially inspired by Death Note… well, they're only inspired by Death Note in the sense that their gameplay mechanics involve death and that Death Note may have influenced me to be particularly interested in death.I like that strike out, makes it seem like your not hiding anything.
I've only had to wash my clothes by hand a few times. It was years back. I'm glad I ain't doing it again. It takes forever and the results aren't particularly good.
