You know that firefighting game I keep saying I'm going to make? Well I still plan on making it.

And I have in fact decided on what the final firefighting scenario will be. It's based on a real disaster, and it'll be pretty epic.

So… first person to guess what the disaster is gets a $30 item of their choosing off of Amazon.

Hint: Almost 150 people died in this disaster. I'm not gonna give you the exact death toll because that would make it too easy.

Good luck. I don't plan on giving out anymore hints, but you have until I complete the game to try and figure it out.

Kyoto, Japan, 150 killed, 37,000 houses burned, on January 30:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_historic_fires

153 burnt to death in Madrid plane disaster:http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/europe/article4573696.ece

Ozone Disco Club fire (1996) - The worst fire in Phillipines history occured at the Ozone Disco Club when a jam-packed disco caught fire and most of the victims succumbed to smoke inhalation. 162 people perished in that fire.:http://www.allfirealarms.com/famous-fire-disasters-in-recent-times.html

Russian Perm fire (2009) - At least 150 people were killed in this fire in the city of Perm, that happened on Dec 5, 2009. This fire happened at a nightclub called Lame Horse, and bears similarities to the Santika Club fire in that stage pyrotechnics set alight the ceiling which was composed of flamable material and there were no adequate safety exits for the large crowd. Fires are commonplace in Russia where safety rules are lax. Many fires go unreported too.:

Good point, Cyrus.

It would be safe to assume that the incident does not occur on a plane.

No more hints needed. I was able to find a webpage listing the disaster on the first page of results from a Google search on fire disasters.

Oh wait… that's a hint. Fuck. That's all you're getting.
