I've finished one, and have two works in progress.
Here are the original tracks, as they appear in the games: Here's the finished one (Aquatic Ambience), which should be on OC any year now.A Hint of Blue @ SoundCloud And here are the two that are still in the works:Forest Interlude wip.mp3Stickerbrush Symphony.mp3Thoughts and ideas are much appreciated.Stickerbrush is a bit bare. I am looking for a saxophone-player or something else to fill it in.In other news, a remix I did for a band called "Shallow Sense" was uploaded to Spotify last night. Wasn't 100% happy with the track, but having a track published onto Spotify and iTunes and whatnot is cool none the less!
I love Remixes for Forest Interlude. (I also detect a hint of Final Fantasy in there, no?)
Congrats for the achievement too.I love DKC remixes. But sadly, I can't appreciate remixes of Forest Interlude, because I don't think many of them can capture the atmosphere created by the original.
Easily my favorite track in DKC2. Good pick. You know my opinion on your OCRemix submission.
Great atmosphere for the Stickerbrush Symphony remix, except you postpone the original melody way too long imo :PAnd interestingly I have to agree with Kilin, at least in this case. It felt like something was missing. Like it isn't as warm as the original. But both sound great nontheless.Lol
Uuuh the 'interestingly' referred to your statement, not the fact that the statement is yours :(
Edit: basically I wanted to say something along the lines of "I tend to agree on the interesting statement Kilin made, or at the very least in this case" instead of "even though Kilin's opinions suck, I agree in this case" which is the more logical interpretation.
