Recently, 64Digit members got a taste of the Johnny series, and it didn't do too well. Johnny is a good character, and the concept behind Johnny games has some real potential too. The only one thus far to really meet that potential, has been an Admin of the GMG forums known as tapeworm. His Johnny fan games were surprisingly good, and managed to receive fairly good scores:

I hope to make yet another good Johnny game. Johnny's Adventure is going well so far, I've already finished the first world. It's going to be full of mini games and hidden goodies, plus Online Highscores. It's also going to be the first Johnny game with animated sprites, something the latest Johnny game got a lot of criticism for. Anyway, no demo, you won't see it until it's done, but here are some early screenshots:

You can't see it from these screenshots, but some of the graphics are good, and some are bad. (Most of what you see is bad.) They're VERY mix matched, and strange. The theme of all Johnny games is "Weird", and I think this accomplishes the job. Anyway, just to be safe, I'm not releasing it into the archive unless it gets good feedback. (Don't count on it.)
