Yeah, so I was sneaky with my last entry, sorry about that. I did get a lot of hits and comments, which was what I was trying to do. But if you're still mad, and want to be a mod, (Or i you're not mad, and want to be a mod.) I will be needing some local mods to check "Scenario files" after they're posted, then verify the content. The requirements are:
-Able to be active, verifying scenarios every other day on average at least.-Follow ALL the rules, local modship doesn't put you in charge, and I can take it away easy, as there are many who'd love to take your place.-Basic GML coding knowledge is required. That way, with the help of the "decoder tool" you can look around for things like execute_shell() or room_goto().If you meet the requirements, and want to be a "Map Mod", PM me on the forums and tell me you're interested. Don't leave afterwards, stay active so I know you'll still be here when the time comes. And when the time DOES come, I'll look at the applicants, decide how many we need, and choose the most active and helpful ones to be Map Mods.http://elementonline.ipbfree.com/index.php?act=idxNow that that's out of the way, did I mention I'm replacing all of Element's music with chiptunes? I love chiptunes! I've always wanted to make a successful game that uses them. I already have 49 picked out and with more on the way. So far the filesize of them all is the size of just ONE of the larger old music files! As I said, I LOVE CHIPTUNES!New Years eve is tomorrow, time to say goodbye to 2007 and hello to 2008! I'm pretty excited I suppose. It looks like it'll be fun.Oh, more Element stuff! I want to show off my spriting:The one on the far left is Bartholomew, a character for the storyline, the rest are bosses.r4nd0mn3ss!
Looks good!
Oops, typo, thanks. [:)]
And what is it you don't like about them?idk, shading?
They all look like different styles, and generally you should stick to one style for a game.
