Its certainly been a while since I last blogged. I was planning on making a blog about the Orange Box when that came out, but that would be boring with others doing the same thing. Hopefully this one will make up for it.

This weekend was great. It was the closest weekend to Nov5th and it was Bonfire night in our town. For those of you who don't know, November 5th is the annual Gunpowder Plot where us Brits remember the attempted assassination of the King by blowing up the Houses of Parliament. More people seem to know it as the day Guy Fawkes failed, despite him being only one of the terrorist group.

It was awesome. All the roads were blocked off and thousands of people were crowding the street. The procession (including the oldest guy in the world - official) marched up and down with lots of explosions and fire and stuff. Then for the fun part. The bonfire and epic firework display. It was the biggest bonfire I had ever seen! I'll have to get you guys a photo as soon as I can. The fireworks were amazing too - the event seems to get more and more impressive every year.

I recently haven't had much time to do stuff in GM, or anything for that matter, but I am currently learning to use Xtreme3d. That 3D RTS is still in production, but may be brushed aside for helping out with ENIGMA. As for an example to submit to this site, Im thinking about knocking up a 3d water ripple effect based on propagation of height disturbance, so we'll see about that.

I have also taken steps towards being more social, like going down to town with friends more and registering on a socnet (!). Also, A friend recommended me Mindless Self Indulgence's music, and despite me not liking most punk rock I think their music is great.
