It was my birthday 2 days ago. Yay for me. I was out all Friday and had people over all Saturday, so I had no time to write a blog about it or anything.
As for interesting stuff, I got Call of Duty 4, some monies and a cool USB aquarium thingy which is is one of those executive toys that a primarily built to distract/annoy you. CoD4 is a pretty sweet game, and multiplayer is great fun to play, so I would definitely recommend it if your PC is up to it… or of course, pay almost twice as much money for a console version. >_____>People's ability to play MMORPGs non-stop is really quite amazing. A surprising number of my friends play Runescape, World of Warcraft or similar MMO-type games, but they never interest me enough to keep playing them, so I always struggle to understand how people play them so much - especially hearing how they ruin people's social lives. I usually prefer a good action or strategy game over long-term experience based games like that.Stick Online's popularity is also rather extraordinary, in the sense that there is little to do in the game, and gets boring very quickly. No offence to Meiun or anything, because he did a great job with coding the game. I guess the ability to enhance your character hooks players like nothing else.Input, pls.
Lucky. I really want CoD4.
Why thank you. Happy early birthday to you too. ^______^
and a half!
OMG HAPPY BIRTHDAY
I'm hoping I can shame my parents enthusiasm for birthdays enough to make the yay year be pushed down to less than a trifle of time
MMORPGs are addicting because people feel they can be good no matter what and have hope of success and gaining and being better and then laughing at people and so yes, I can't quite stand them either. And I get addicted to things, except for a short period instead of a constant one. Besides programming, that one seems to of stuckAnd also, if I recall, didn't Meiun himself ponder closing down SO because he himself knew it was boring? At least that's what you said after playing around with debug mode on thereI dont know, that was more of a thought rather than a plan. He could add more to the game to make it more interesting, like more items and a story. The game had good potential the last time I checked it out.
I played stick online a couple times, and yes it is a very "solid" game, but I found it quite boring as well.
Belated Birthday wishes, or however it goes =DFucking Mexico. God damn.
