/''\ Atari 2600 and Wii*OS*

Posted by Omega_Squid on Nov. 13, 2006, 9:04 p.m.

Notice my little blog title thingamajigger? Well, [non 1337] is officially played out, like sk8's mom! Owned!

Well, I have an old Atari 2600 system that my mom owned when they first came out. I tryed to every extent to get it to work, but I couldn't figure it out! I thought that it was broken, but I found the original hookup instructions on the internet, and followed them…I used the original 20-year-old RF unit, and it worked like a charm! There are about 9 games with it, and all of them are pretty cool. I'll post pics if I feel like it…eventually !

Wii related - I plan to casually stroll in on opening day and being stupid enough to ask if there are any wiis for sale, or waiting until 12 AM in the store - open 24 hours - and getting one, since you cant reserve them there. Whatever. I AM getting one. Somehow…*lays traps around store entrance*

I think the /'' kinda resembles a squid, sorta

Get out. Now.

DAMN! The backslash is disabled…:/

Yeah, I'm trying to collect the classic systems, so far I have a Sega Genesis and the Atari, looking at the NES and SNES (must-buys, especially the SNES)

Is this so you can play them? Or just to collect them?

emulators won't be needed as much when the Virtual console is released XD
