Well it has been a while since my last blog, and it would seem that there has been a large migration of erm…certain lesser beings known as non-1337 n00bs crawling all over 64D. I support the invitation only V3, btw!
Anywho, Rob wants to be suicidal with a penny, and SJF told him to go right on ahead! Now that's the spirit! XDMe? Well I have been quite busy on eBay lately, and I am making the NEW OSS site atm. Version 4 is going to change everything for OSS, since I am now running a multi-tasking business! I am selling a bunch of ghetto stuff for other people, but it does bring in the dough!Today I went to a customers home and took photographs of his vintage Sony Betamax Player Model SL-2300. Dont know what Betamax is? Go jump in a hole, you have to be at least 20+ years old or 1337 -> (me) to comprehend teh coolness. This thing was heavy, but it has the remote and all of its original documents. I dont have the tapes to test it, but it did work when it was last used and has like no scratches on it at all. I am going to list it tomorrow, and these things go for a pretty penny on eBay, so I am looking forward to this auction!Pictures:http://img.auctiva.com/imgdata/2/8/9/5/9/3/webimg/33408998_o.jpghttp://img.auctiva.com/imgdata/2/8/9/5/9/3/webimg/33408999_o.jpghttp://img.auctiva.com/imgdata/2/8/9/5/9/3/webimg/33409000_o.jpgOther Notes:I need a sexy blog layout like Arc - oh well…['-'] Squiddles says pennies ARE bad, mmmkay?
Be it truth is that now?
agree you don't me with?Yay! I'm mentioned in a blog! XD
Go die, Rob. [:P]
WTF is a Betamax? I always hear about it in rap songs.Look at the pics, it was a a kind of HDish player that was beat out by the VHS tape in the 80s. The fight between Blu-Ray and HD-DVD is exactly the same as the same thing with newer technology than the former format war.
Use wikipedia, mmmkay? It owns our souls! - ['-']No, not HD-ish. It was almost identical to the VHS in most respects, and failed because Sony went muchos exclusive on its use, so people would have to pay vast sums of money to use it, unlike with VHS.
Sony also went muchos hogwild on the buttons on these things - there is like 4 different control panels with 10+ buttons each…not too user friendly! =0
