Yeah, Kinect is boring as hell, and though I was never a fan of Halo, they shouldn't have revived Master Chief for the story's sake. It was pretty effective to kill the hero and now they're pretty much just catering to the crying fans.
Looks like Microsoft lost E3 this year. Dance Central 2 and the hype they tried to create for it made me laugh.
I've pretty much stopped caring about E3 by this point. Big name producers are keeping with tried-and-true franchises and methods, which results in stagnation. Which is why indie development is becoming more popular (growing options for development a la engines and the like, ability/willingness to take a chance on something new).
Did… did you watch the same conference as me, Cyrus? Sorry for being cynical, but it was *last year's conference*, except with 4 halo confirmations instead of that stupid tiger, and was like, less than 50% video games, and of that 50% most of them were using kinect, of which I'm pretty sure I don't have to say why that's a bad idea. If that's hard to please, then yes, I'm damn hard to please, because I expect quality, not the same shit regurgitated over and over again.

Everything else was a fail, especially those "actors" playing the Kinect. They had to have scripts for those parts.I've pretty much stopped caring about E3 by this point. I just want to see the new Rune Factory announced (and maybe another Natsume/Marvelous title), and I'll say E3 was worth watching.
MS has failed me.
I'm gonna go hang myself with the cords from my xbox. ;_;I feel like theres never been a company (of the big three: sony, nintendo, microsoft) conference i particularly enjoyed
I had a little fun with last year's Nintendo conference, but after DKCR actually came out, I wasn't all that happy.

@Cyrus: here's the thing, I'm hard to please because i want another adventure game and absolutely nothing more.
