I didn't read the terms since v2, but I don't like that. Well, I don't want you modifying my game, and publishing the modified version (not saying you did that, but I WON'T ALLOW IT). {DS} of the GMS posted about this, and the fact that you have those terms alarmed me. and btw, I posted my game when this site was v1, which didnt have those terms, so if you modify my game, and distribute it, I CAN STILL SUE!!!!!!
There's no reason we should have it changed because of one member Flashback.
I have some respect for digital copyright stuff however. I've had morons claim my work and not pay me because apparantly the fact that they had a copy made it their work irrevocably, because of some obscure thing in their ToS.
Yeah, but no one here is going to do that.
sigh…you guys make me log in to clear things up…. stop trying to act all grown up thinking ull sue us because we edited ur games that are made with a FREE program. for one, the admins dont have the time to edit ur games, and WHY would we do it?
ugh, that term was put in place in case we decide to move servers, change names or start a new community. we wont edit your games, steal your graphics and use them in our owns games, because you know, the admins at 64 just make games alll the time =. sigh *again* just to clear your mind, ill change it and make it so that we need your permission to edit ur games. happy?lol =P
Canadonian, shouldn't you be active anyway? :DThank god you agreed with us Canadonian.
