+1 for hostile blogs and hidden comments that target the site and those who state their issues. Unfronted or not, it is clear what the purpose behind these blogs is.

+1 for knowingly spamming staff with deleted comments that appear hostile to specific users. This can be considered inciting staff as well harassment to the user(s) targeted in said deleted comments.

+1 for recurrence of issues discussed in the past (including the past month), and a refusal to remedy the problem. There is a very obvious attempt to exploit loopholes in the site rules. This will be closely monitored in the future.
