Yeah, read the title. This post contains exactly what that title says. So, here are some screenshots of the game's Aurora Gateway area:
As you can see, you can now select a color for your ship (Thanks, Arcalyth), and there are fancy glowing things abound. Not bad, if I do say so myself.Other than glowing praise for my work, I'd like it if you could post some suggestions for my game's name. As abacus cleverly worked out, the codename is AzureRage (And the gm6's name is currently '3dthing') So, yeah, if you can think of something better, let me know.
I'm just curious, are you using sprite-based collisions? I'm starting out on 3D and I'm finding collisions the hardest.
looks more like it could be a racing game than what it is…
The collisions ARE sprite-based, but in a crazy way that would blow your mind.
Reminds me of N64 3D games. =P
Looks good, It looks like a N64 like Mast3er said.
wow… I like it.
Looks like a cross between Hovercraft 3D and a Star Wars N64 game that I can't quite remember the name of. Keep up the good work.
-gamehawkI feel special, because I made an awesome feature for Jake's game.
In reply go gamehawk: it's "Hovertank", not "Hovercraft" and this game is NOTHING like it. This game is WAY better in my opinion, no offense to Fred.Great job so far, Jake. As for a name… how about you give us a little detail behind storyline and gameplay?I played it. It's so much better than the last one you made. Tell FredFredrickson to try to top this. Oh, wait, that can't be done! =D
And my title idea: AuroraCraft
