These two things don't go so well together…
I've finally got back into GM, and hopefully I'm going to enter the competition, (however this is becoming less and less likely as I have 5 pieces of homework to do…)So what am I going for..Well my interpretation is very much different from others…My game starts in the kitchen, and buns are being cooked, the phone rings and the protagonist goes to answer the phone. After answering a prank call, he returns to the kitchen and all his dinner is gone, so he suits up and heads off to kill some red stickmen, and get his dinner back.So far, Intro is complete, and basics for the last level are done (not going to reveal it though as it will be a suprise genre)Unlike other projects mine is going to be more like an interactive flash movie than a game.A few minigames, and cutscenes should do…Unfortunately the cutscenes have taken so long, that I now have little time to actually make the game…And this homework is due in tomorrow… EEP!!
Dongs.
Dongs?
Yes, dongs. The game requires dongs. Or cocks.
… loldongs. brb, fbi.If I had more time, I would sprite people.
Also I SUCK at drawing people. At least with a stickman you can get away with being a little anatomically incorrect…Plus it speeds up the process loads.(The scenery in my game, does look pretty good in contrast, and balances the look, so its not that bad…)I think someone just knocked on the door.
At 5:30 in the morning.Stick figures are nothing but stick figures are nothing but stick figures are nothing bu——————————-error:recursive descent too deep within function: stickFigure(); estimated recursion level: INF.Thats nothing! My computer randomly bleeped the 'download finished' bleep at 3AM last night…
I don't think you get this. The last time I heard a sound that early in the morning, it was mostly equivalent to a shotgun blast.
I know what you mean…
I'm just not satisfying it with a response…If you do do stick-men, at least do some leg_angle=sin(increasing_var)*k shit huh? Don't use animated sprites; it would makje me cut myself.
Their is hardly any animation at all.
I prefer to use stills…
