Yes folks I'm getting into the racing scheme. I feel that there aren't a lot of decent racing games made in GM, so I'm going to make one. Tonight I have already created a working car (it move like a micromachine but easier to control) And I'm planning to have powerups and a arcade style gameplay mode, but I also want to make a arena/deathmatch mode, I would love to see some mini carnage!
Here is a screenshot of the car moving(Its even got a little trail of smoke behind it!) (and unlike most games I played, the car slows down when the gas is released, it doesn't get stuck in walls,(but it slows down), and it has responsive steering, so its all going well!)Planned modes:-Arcade (about 8 races)-2 player (about 10 courses)-Deathmatch (about 5 arenas)(thats about it, but I want this game to be short and sweet)also I have this hilarious clip of my cat 'dancing' at my backdoor (he's pawing it madly, and it looks like he's dancing, it so funny as its so sudden) and I might post it, but not now…So yawn… Thats pretty much it from me so nighty night…oh and about that bat game I worked on, I don't think its such a great idea… but If anyone wants I can patch it up, make a few notes and release it as an example (I'm dry on ideas and motivation so I'll quit it…)Cars that are small are good for a brawl...
