Okay, so as soon as this other girl seems to have given up on me, I've gotten another admirer. Usually by now human breeding season is over. This girl is in the year below me, and we've only met through MSN but she's 'admired me from afar' (as far as I know). Good thing is, she's actually very fun to chat to and I will enjoy having as my friend. Also, she isn't, as far as I know, too cut that I don't like her back.
In other news, we've been doing some planning for Conflict: Online. Again, still not too much physical work other than tests here and there, because we wanna be prepared before we finish it. Scott and I have discussed a new menu-structure/design, which will be really cool - when it's further developed, I'll show some screenshots. Arcalyth and I are discussing the online part, and Arc's starting to work on it. Chiken has a few issues with how Arc will be doing this online and so we'll resolve that. But Chiken has also been working hard on an engine for the map editor (ConflictED). I've been preparing the sounds, my brother has 250gigs of professional sounds from my brothers animation company, plus as he is a voice actor he's done radio commands in various dialects. Namely, Australian, British, American, 'Sven' (swedish, kinda), and 'Spud' (kinda like… Group X). He's only done the editing and polishing for Australian and British though, and I've gotta encourage him further to do the rest.I've been fairly busy lately - work starting again, TAFE, Work placement (a requirement of TAFE - pretty much unpaid cheap-arse labour from and IT-based workplace for 30 hours), school starting again, and I am being hired by the school to do posters for their drama productions - plus it is quite possible I'll be hired to do posters for a more professional theatre company in the city. Regards-Rhys
"British"
So does that mean English? Or Scottish? Or Welsh?Nice. What's your proffesion? Why posters for theaters?
Your a pimp :o
No, usually by now everyone has settled with their angsty boyfriends/girlfriends. Later on it's breakup-month.
British = English, and yeah, I know there's a lot of English sub-accents, you'll just see when you hear.My profession? Geh, I have a few. Web Designer, Graphic Artist, poet. Posters for theaters? I think it's because I used to do Drama at school and enjoyed making the posters for my production, and the drama head teacher also liked them and wanted me to do it for more productions.-Rhys"
