They had seen my work on the Live Cams website (not something I'd brag about) and thought I had "the perfect look" for their November 2010 cover. The COVER of their November issue!!! That's pretty big!! Along with a five page spread all birthday themed because my birthday is in November. Not to mention an extremely sexy payment for my modeling =] I've booked a flight to Los Angeles and have a meeting at the Playboy Mansion in August to talk to a representative about my photoshoot and what's expected and guaranteed. My manager (handler, really) was on the phone all day with them discussing just how much I'm supposed to, well, "show."
Then my mom came in and told me to wake up and feed the cat…The past few days have been the saddest days of the year for me. My laptop AC adapter cord thingy had been twisted up so badly from constantly being taken places that it was no longer shoveling power to my laptop. I had to turn off my laptop for FIVE WHOLE DAYS! Saddest days of my life. I had no idea what to do with all my free time. I felt so lost and out of touch. I was scared I was missing something important and would be "out of the loop" long enough that I could never get back in. Luckily my brother has an awesome computer, but of course, "You can only use it when I'm not home." Since when do owners of awesome computers leave the house? Rarely. Anyways, I bought a new cord thingy and now my laptop is turned on. What have I learned from all of this? It's time to grow up and build a desktop computer!!!HAVE A GREAT DAY!! Eh, old mods (and by mods I'm also referring to staff) aren't doing too much here because they've got lives. I haven't seen Twisterghost for ages, besides the times he comes to pull us to his site.
Besides, the mod-to-user percentage is still hilariously low, so I don't see it as a big problem. We need more mods that have a good sense of humor and/or are fun to have on the site, and to be honest, we've got a lot of mods that aren't like that.Why should we have more "fun" mods? Because honestly, how serious are we at this site?
