It's happened.
Have you ever promised yourself something and you were dead serious and like, "if I ever break this promise, I'm going to be furious at myself forever!" Yeah well I did that and now I'm very mad at myself. In a good way =PI promised I'd never fall in love. No distractions, nothing to make my heart beat fast or get butterflies in my tummy. I haven't managed to keep that promise to myself. Gentlemen, I am in love…WITH KICK BOXING! Oooooooh man oh man oh man oh man. It's the most amazing thing ever. I've been going for two months and I love it! The work outs are intense and by the end of them, we're all sweating through our shirts. If someone isn't sweating, you know they're either new, or just slacking off. We've had people walk out mid-class because they just can't keep up. My instructor has had me help with demonstrations when others (usually girls) aren't getting the moves right. It's the first time in a while that I've become passionate about something other than singing or writing. Plus, working next to some real buff guys is a plus =P My only problem is that I'm at risk of developing some serious Michelle Obama arms.In other news, I went to donate blood again on the 20th but they said I wasn't allowed to because my iron level was too low. They accept 125+ hbg (I think it's hbg) and I scored 112 the first time and 118 the second time. I can't go to try again for another 56 days. I'm a little bummed about that =\Also, February first I'll be starting my college course. Not too excited about that. Anyways, I'm still loving this V3. And you ;]HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!! I LOVE YOU ALL SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!
cos i'm a space cadet =P
your description of kickboxing reminds me of when i used to do karate, the classes were only 45 minutes but i was drenched in sweat afterwards. it was so fun, i wish i could have kept up but it got to be too much for my Crohn's. i can't wait until it warms up enough to go swimming, that's about the only thing i think i could take physically. i don't like being out of shape lol.Don't worry about it, there are a lot of other teenage mothers like you. Best luck to you and your baby :)
@ Ces : What baby?!?!?! [edit] Also, I'm not a teenager anymore. [/edit]
@ F1ak3r : I was like that until I played on the rugby team. Rugby was my life for two years until the girls stopped wanting to play =(And don't dis pink while on my page .I do Karate Sparring. My friend still texts me once a week to ask how my kickboxing class is going. You think after 6 weeks she'd get it.
kickboxing is the renowned sport of my home country
but i dont know itRonnica: Girl's rugby? Fascinating. My old school's rugby and soccer teams really sucked, but their girl's soccer team actually won matches… perhaps… that'd probably enrage a few people…
@ sk8 : My brother will see me in my work out gear and say, "Sorry, I thought you were my sister." and walk away.
@ F1ak3r : We were the first girls team that our school ever had and we placed third in our first season. We had a 250lbs, 6'3" giant girl as our secret weapon. The soccer teams sucked because we had all the best runners too =PGIRL POWERMan, I wanted to do karate since I was little, the closest I came was doing it in independent gym class in my senior year of HS…it was fun.
Skateboarding is my love…not only is it a sport, it's an art, a beautiful very painful art.Unfortunately a downside is you could lose a future generate of children if you mess with it wrong. And here I thought that I was going to have to Alt+F4 to stay sane. What a relief!
