I haven't really been online all season because I've been distracted. I was back home for 8 weeks working at my mom's restaurant, and then I came back to Alaska to spend the holidays with my boyfriend and his family.

Turns out I'll be here a little longer as I've been proposed to and will be married on December 27th! I'm really excited and my family is happy for me. My fiance's family is the best, and they all tell me they love me lots. I've developed a kind of relationship with all of them that would take years, in just a couple of months so I'm very happy.

In the important news, I got lots of presents this year =P My family stopped giving a crap about Christmas when we were kids so it's weird to be with a "traditional" family.

I suppose the only neat thing I can brag about is I got LittleBig Planet and a red controller for my PS3. I got nice notebooks, a scarf that my 'mother in law' knitted herself, chocolates and Alaska type things. I got everyone Canada shirts XD

I hope once the holidays are over and everyone is back home and working, I'll have more time to try to write. I need some sort of project to work on while I wait for my green card to be processed. It gets boring in Alaska. Can you imagine?
