I got a job at Chic-Fil-A for about a month, before I realized that most people were douchebags when they were ordering their food, and so I quit. Minimum wage just wasn't for me anyway…I now have a new job at a car wash, and I'm making $7.00 an hour plus tips. This particular carwash has a really good reputation and therefore is constantly busy, but that's good for me, as it means more $$$$$. And the government can't take income tax out of my tips, so they are just all around awesome.And most of you probably don't give a care in the world about my job, but if you fall into this category, just remember, its Christmas, and the best present you can give is to pretend that you care.And this concludes the blog, I'm just doing my part to help 64Digits stay active. I really need to start finding a job. On average, how much money do you make on tips?
Adding into account my normal 7 dollars/hour, on the best day you could possibly hope for, the tips average your normal pay up to 20 dollars an hour. On your average day, your pay should average out to be about 12-14 dollars an hour, unless you just suck at washing cars and getting to the next customer, or you are very impolite and don't get very good tips.
