What kind of help do you need?
another yelling at to make a longer blog? be specific because rpg maker is hella easy
2K3 or XP? RPG Maker is easy, but these sites listed are good to check out.

but yeah, google search should do it.Personally, it may just be easier to use Game Maker with an rpg engine.I may be able to help.
