Its nothing exciting, just a spur of the moment thing. You know whenever you start playing with some new toy, well with some free time and camstudio I decided to display all the junk that goes into one of my experimental projects like this. This one is small compared to others, and pretty large compared to some more script based projects. Thats what I like about GM, you can slap some stuff together in the prototyping stage and clean it up later on.By comparison, my Crawl rpg maker attempts were pretty compact, 3 or so objects and a few dozen scripts, external image and model loading. This project stays small do to using pngs and pixel art, so low color usage.Any interest in seeing whats in my largest GM project I ever did?But I'd be an ass if I didn't show some progress shots…so heres a few.A shot of the park area.A rough version of the diner. And an example of going different directions at street corners. In a sense the outside world is 3d but in 2d sections, north, south, east and west.
Sorry if you've explained this and I missed it, but what are the slots at the top for?
Hasn't been mentioned yet actually. Its for quick use items/tools.
Wow, it's like were working on the same project….I'm getting emo.
I feel all crawly..
Well it all looks very good. Keep working on it! ^-^
