I believe its pretty much ready to go, as far as the basics. It could stand to combine matching faces into rectangles and such. But otherwise it runs pretty nicely.Having a little trouble with some other special effects I might use, but for now all the faces are drawn correctly, with normals proper light. Its a pretty low-bit dungeon scene. AND A ROTATING OBJECT THIS TIME!Apparently rotation setting must come after position setting in 3d mode with GLBasic. One thing I do miss that GM did have was the ability to have alpha values in polygons. Although there may be some inline commands to access OpenGL's inner goodies, the GLBasic forum had a topic on accessing them.GM could stand to have an inline C feature to help transition users into C coding. The coding structure is pretty much the same. But don't tell YoyoGames, I wouldn't want them getting any good ideas.
Okay, this should make up for those last two.

This makes up for it. I forgive you. You don't have to sleep on the couch anymore.
Whoa, that was pretty cool. I like the style of the blockiness, very retro.
The couch was uncomfortable anyway.
With any luck GM9 will be a monthly subscription license. With downloads-4-pay upgrades to additional features.
