The queen still needs to be rigged to create the need animation frames, but aside from that, and refinement of the enemy AI, the first round of enemies will be done rather soon.

Before I get into the next set, theres three more models I need to create. The player(finally) and town folk.

Oh, still haven't made her throne yet either. Still planning on the same intro, queen rises from her chair and pulls a sword from her chest, oh still have to make her sword too…okay…oh well.

Also with the expanded palette lookup, I'm repainting the town, from red. Although I'm seriously considering converting the base color to blue, as blue is the bitch color that gets replaced more than any other.

Technically the Scarlet Queen's dress is blue, not violet, but will be recolored violet in the game.
