I've updated my strip2vox program to allow a custom transparent color, vertical or horizontal reading, and a nice prompt that lets you know you should be in 16bit color mode.

Its the key to my magic, well that and a combo of Scluptris+Anim8tor+Poly2vox for the enemies and larger voxel models.
No one will probably download it and use it, but I would like to point out that it looks good :P
LOL, bastard. Actually there's two people using it, someone doing a voxelization of Doom's graphics and another person doing some Rise of Triad voxel conversions and a duke3d one.
