Today I learned the hooded-up ASBO look dates as far back as 1986. RIP founding member of a band whose music video taught me that.
The difference here is that his hat is ontop of the hoodie whereas in… fuck it, I've seen builders with crash hats ontop of hoodies. Nevermind.
