Red = Not Started

June 6: Begin

June 13: Engine done

June 20: All Blocks done

June 27: Level Editor done

June 28: Level Contest Begins

June 28-July 4: Work

July 4: Level Contest End

Now, I am working on the level editor, but it is unstable and I am unable to release a public or private beta. Sorry =(

It also may look like I'm two weeks ahead of schedule, but unknown before to me, I am on a vacation for the next two weeks. So hopefully I don't fall behind schedule. =O

But, I do have some screen shots. =)

The level editor menu:

My horrible level:

If you can't tell, the level editor is actually four times the size that you can see. Isn't that nice?

Fixedsys is such a beautiful font, I do await June's 28. Maybe I can once again make an ever so vile level that only its mother could love it

Question, what are the circle-like blocks and the zigzags?

Siert 16 years, 6 months ago

Oops, I didn't realize I had a bad screenshot of the menu. The blocks from top left to top right then down are: player, finish block, block, color changer, color coded lock, broken block, returning broken block, key, lock, then jump pad (which are jump through).

I redesigned some of the blocks so all blocks could be every color.

Do you have an idea to replace the delete all block? Like another type of block?

Looks sexy.

Returning broken shouldn't look like normal

A ladder block or some kind of sticky wall block would be neat, though easily replaced with a column of jumping. Portals would be much more useful, though how to connect them might be a hassle

It looks awesome, and the two weeks ahead of schedule is a nice surprise.

That interface menu is clunky, it should be able to dock around the editor view, coming up when the cursor drops into the area even
