So I have yet to find a sponsor for my flash version of Coloraze. So I've decided to do some things to try to make it a better game. One of these things is letting all of you creative folks try it out and hopefully help me out in a couple of ways.
The first of these things is by giving me actual feedback. This include suggestions on what I can add, change, or even remove. Just post it here and I'll be sure to read it.The other way you can help is by making me some kick-ass levels. And if I am in awe of your level, I may even ask if I can include it in the final release. And, with no further delay Coloraze! If you get reports of phishing use this link: http://games.mochiads.com/c/g/coloraze/Coloraze.swfThe phishing report is from other subdomains on zymichost.com, but not my particular subdomain.EDIT: ads disabled, should update soon
Comodo Antivirus sez:
But I'm going anyway.Yeah, the link just plain isn't working for me.I bought plenty of almost-legal porn with your credit card info, link.
That new link should work for you!
But I don't come up with any phishing reports, and I also don't know why the link still wouldn't work for you…The new one works fine. The old one was probably still being blocked by my antivirus.
I really like it :DBooster blocks are solid on all sides for non-color now?
Well shit. Back to the drawing board for me.I'll keep playing and exploring the changes you've made, though I'd really like it if booster blocks could do a few things like in Coloraze 2. 1) Not solid on sides for non-color2) Ability to jump if inside the block when not colored. Basically, if you were in a booster block as a different color than the block, you could basically get a jump. Example at 0:46.Breaking blocks are sometimes hard to jump or move with. Got a little frustrating.
But otherwise the game is pretty awesome. :DI agree with alert on the breaking blocks thing. Also, the pace is a little weird. Some are really easy, then you come up with an incredibly hard one. Then it's easy again.
Yeah I agree with LAR Games, the level system could use some work. xD
@RawrSpoon - The boost blocks should only be solid from the top, I'm not sure how it wouldn't seem that way for you… And I just added the your second suggestion.
@Alert - Like it was hard to jump off of the breaking blocks?@LAR - I know, I'm not the best with level design. That's why I was hoping the 64Digits community could help me on that one. I actually have stats for all of the levels (like deaths, starts and finishes), and hopefully with you guys playing it, I can try to rearrange them into a better order. (Suggestions on order are welcome as well)
