Xbox LIVE 3 : Corruption - That pun is fucking awful…

About a month back, I had a serious problem with my Xbox Live account. Whenever I tried to sign in, It would inform me that my LIVE account was not valid. I rang the support centre, but they were fucking useless. They just said that my LIVE account and email address had become corrupted, and that I would have to make a new WindowsLive account, so thats what I did :

From now on, I will no longer go by the name "Mr Shrub". I shall now be known as SoberMilk for some reason. I just requested a name change, but you can still call me Shrubie if you want.

Holidays ^_^

I've been off school for 3 weeks now. Half way through the summer holidays already! Because the price of vacationing DOUBLES in holiday season, my family and I took time off before I broke up from school. We went to Fuerteventura, one of the Canary Islands, for 2 weeks. We really enjoyed it. I managed to get myself a iPod Nano (3rd Gen, 4Gig) while I was away. It was 110 Euros, which I beleive is about £85 - quite a bargain considering it would have cost me £120 or more here in the UK!

The Dreaded RROD

I had a nasty surprise when I returned from my holidays. I tried to turn on my Xbox 360 and…

Yup, I finaly witnessed the dreaded RROD! After owning my core model 360 for 3 years, I finally say the bastard. I didn't mind as much as I would have though, as I went out the next day and bought a PSP Slim n' Lite, Crisis Core and Super Smash Bros Brawl. That kept me well entertained until my Xbox came back from the repair centre in Germany.

I was kinda annoyed however, as enabling homebrew on a PSP isn't as easy as I thought… I must buy a Pandora Battery!

Oh yeah… Ninja Gaiden is awsome! ^_^

E3 Stuff

I found E3 very intersting this year. I'll just get this out of the way now, Sonic Unleashed looks freakin' awsome. The last Sonic game on the 360 was the worst pile of shit I have ever seen, so when I saw this trailer, I was blown away! :

Sonic Unleashed, Sonic Chronicles, Resident Evil 5, The Last Remnant, Infinite Undiscovery, Dead Space, Kirby Super Star Ultra, Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, Star Oceon 4… All look excellent! But the new Xbox 360 dashboard and avatar system is a total rip-off of the Wii's Mii System. Shame on you Microsoft, You unoriginal bitches! >_>

Computer Shizzle

I just realized my computer is shit in the graphics card department. I realized this when I downloaded Steam and The Orange Box, then tried to play it, then failed due to epic lagging. So, I plan on buying this :

Not much at all has happened on the Game Making side of things. I have made a little progress in my Mario game, added saving and made the game flow a little better. Thats It.
