At least you're actually writing stuff about what you're reading in English class. I have to draw pictures about quotes and stuff. And yes, it does limit. Because I have better things to learn about. And on that topic, you may want to check out some of the youtube channels. They've got lots of stuff, like a few taped lectures from MIT
