Milkcrate Tetris

I switched projects again. (the 3rd time in a row)

I don't know if any of you have ever played Yum Yum by Derby but about 3 months ago I found this gem and loved it. The game was awesome the way it was but there were many things I thought I could do a lot better on. So I created my own version but never got far enough to release a demo.

So last week I played Yum Yum again and that got me some motivation to start working of it again. Right now I could release a demo, but I want to make it a little bit longer. Here is a screenshot:

You can expect a demo in the next few days.

And here is a awesome picture I found:

Wooster Collective is a site "dedicated to showcasing and celebrating ephemeral art placed on streets in cities around the world." So it is under that banner that they bring us photographs of an ephemeral Tetris installation on the side of a highway in Melbourne (that's in Australia, in the world) made using multi-colored milkcrates. As the morning commuters stare vacantly at the traffic in front of them, they can glance over and, for a brief moment, dream of staring vacantly at a Tetris screen.

I remember yumyum, awesome game, but way way too short and easy. I was gonna make a copy of it, but couldn't be bothered.

this yum yum is already longer than the first, and it is only a demo.

Funny idea. Can you make that the background?

Make the milkcrate tetris the background for Yum Yum?
