Been a bit since I last blogged. Lets see what's changed since then…

That whole day, I was a nervous wreck. Granted, I was really just taking the test to see what I was up against, and then properly prepare for the test the next week. But in the back of my mind I couldn't help but hope I passed the first time around. Anyway, we get there and wait…and wait…and wait. I hate the DMV. You sit there waiting while your soul is slowly broken, until finally they finish the job by calling you by some number. Ok, maybe it's not THAT bad, but the longer we waited I was dying. Finally the instructor comes out. A somewhat large man, with an equally intimidating deepness to his voice. At first I thought I was screwed. The guy actually turned out to be awesome and had a good sense of humor. Anyway, to my great surprise, the hardest part of the test was simply showing I could use the blinkers, headlights, and whatnot. The actual driving test couldn't have taken mroe than five minutes. I passed. Yay.Christmas is coming up. I've got a pretty good idea of what I'm getting (considering I picked most of it out)-Effects pedal for my guitar.-Mirror's Edge for 360.-Fracture for 360.-Spore for the PC (just thought I'd give it a try).-A new keyboard and a webcam.-Couple CDs.-2GB RAM for my laptop.-Some new earbuds.-A new guitar case (which I already have :D ).-My brother's getting Guitar Hero World Tour for 360, so I'll be having fun on that too.-Various other things that I probably don't know about such as clothes. That's one good thing about living within 20 miles of nearly ALL my family. I normally have a pretty good haul :D Yeah, the 360 games I won't get to play for a while cause I need to send in my 360 to be fixed. Not a huge loss I guess. I can entertain myself with the other things until then.Made myself a new banner. Sketched it while I was supposed to be balancing formulas. Your thoughts? Good? Bad? I've been playing Brawl a lot lately. After playing Melee for a month, it's remarkable how much different the two games really are. First time I played Brawl I thought it was exactly like melee. Now I realize there's some small differences that, if you're too used to playing melee, can take some getting used to. In the general movement alone, in Brawl it isn't quite as easy to move smoothly. Took me a while to regain the same acrobatic skills I had in melee :pFor those wondering/give a rip, my character of choice is Luigi. Most people I play always laugh at me and Luigi until I pwn their rears. Only bad thing, is my internet is far too slow to play Brawl online. At least play practically.Programming wise I've been about as productive as mud. I've poked around with ideas here and there. Fiddled with my terrain stuff. My head just hasn't been in the game (no pun intended). Too much to think about, and people I like to talk to when I can.And with that, I wish you all a Merry Christmas.Shot down 6259 n00bs at time of blog.

I haven't played Brawl for two months now. I never really played it all that much. Actually, I really don't even touch the Wii…
