That which Won't be Entered

I am making a thing, for Acid's thing.

It would be quite the thing, if anyone could ever expect me to finish things.

Unfortunately, the only concrete, established things that I have to shove at you now are the following:

And finally, musical things:

And now, to disappear for the remainder of the competition and forget about this project in entirety.

Learn to use the pencil tool. Master it. Love it. That line tool will look like a joke when you get there.

Pencil is for people with steady hands.

I use the line tool almost exclusively. Also the square tool.

If you use it pixel by pixel, that's another thing entirely.

Personally I use the pencil tool for sketching an outline or for drawing/shading a larger image, then use the line tool to either touch up a rough pencil outline or get that shift-modified straight edge. I used to abuse the line tool, but then again, like Pirate-Rob said, the pencil tool is only really good in steady hands knowledgeable in the sweeping strokes used in sketching.

I'm curious as to how you make use of the rectangle tool, though.
