Not having a real job and finished with school doesn't leave much to write about.

But I'm still gonna keep up this daily blog regardless of if I've done anything interesting or not.

So "Strings"? wtf?

Well, since I only got one comment on my last entry trying to find someone to handle the sounds for Twinsen, I need to pull some strings at various sites which might help, first, my favourite site 4cr. They've got an awesome staff and always have great write-ups, plus they gave Twinsen's first demo a write-up.

I just finished talking with one of the staffers there, and I'll hopefully get an interview sometime soon, maybe make it a joint interview with Cocopuffs, coz if they ask me any questions about the coding that I can't answer with an analogy.. I'm kinda screwed.

That should be good, 4cr helped out a lot with getting Twinsen's first demo recognized, more so than I anticipated, and now we really need it.

Today, I made dinner, Chicken, wedges and salad.

Pretty simple, I've made the chicken a millionish times, but the wedges, I can't remember a recipe.. so I just chopped up some potatoes, tossed them in olive oil, and coated with chicken stock, paprika, curry powder, oregano, salt and a little sugar.

I actually did a brief online search for a wedges recipe, and half of them had sugar in them, so what the hell, not like sugar can taste bad.. and I only put in 1 tsp.

And they tasted damn good, definitely going to remember that recipe for the future… Except I'll make sure there's no oil in the roasting dish so they don't get stuck to it.. some of them ended up pretty much like mashed potato.

Chicken was good, breaded and fried, can't go wrong with that, salad was just that hydroponic lettuce with some tomatoes, cheese, red onion and croutons.

Btw, consider the position to handle the sounds for Twinsen open until I write an entry naming someone.
