The Good, The Bad, and The Stupid

That basically describes the majority of the people who attend my school, from jocks to sluts, emos to preps, the good guys and gals, and the just plain stupid.

There are people in my school who just plain should not be in the classes they take. For instance, my chemistry class is composed of something like 23 students, only about 8 of which actually pay attention and realize what's going on more than half the time.

Life is actually starting to turn around. I'm trying to make myself become more outgoing and friendly toward others, and it kinda feels good. However, no matter how hard I strive to be a friendly person, I'm always going to have to face the violently anti-social outcast that I've always been. There's no denying it; it's in my blood. You know what else is in my blood? Oxygen. Yep.

I'm actually trying to work up to nerve to ask a certain girl out. Nearly all my friends are trying to get me to do it, telling me that she really likes me or whatever, but I can't help but hang on to the tiny little shred of doubt that's been sitting in the back of my mind for the past few weeks. Still, everyone's all like, "Dude, she totally likes you." "Mike, ask her out! There's no way she'll turn you down." I don't know what it is, but I just can't believe it. One of my female friends is especially fond of the idea of us going out. We often talk about it, and the convo usually goes something like this:

````````````
Me: I'm not gonna do anything till I'm positive that she likes me like that.
Her: I'm positive she likes you
Me: I'm not
Her: WOW
Her: Why
Me: I just don't see anything that convinces me
Her: she acts differently when you're not around
Me: How?
Her: she does different stuff
Her: you know
Me: how is it different?
Her: She just acts differently
Me: HOW?
````````````

It usually doesn't go much further than that.

I guess I'll figure something out.

In another interesting story, one of my other female friends got upset with me for something so ridiculously childish, I would never imagine it from her.

What did I go to piss her off? Get this - the horrible crime I committed: I chose another team other than hers in gym class.

I know, I'm a dirty bastard. What the hell was I thinking?

But of course, she managed to twist it into something completely irrelevant to the subject, and tried to make it out like I was "turning my back on my friends."

Absolute bullshit. Fucking bullshit. She's just got her own little issues to work out, and always has to make me out to be the bad guy.

I was fucking blown away when I heard. She sends me a message on myspace, ripping me apart over the whole thing. I responded in a similar fashion, and we went at it for a while until she said that she was "done."

Next day comes, she's all happy and talking to me.

WTF Bipolar?!

Godamn.

The even funnier part is that she told me I even offended some other girls who wanted to be on my team. So I see one of these girls and I'm like, "Heh, sorry for not picking your team in gym." She responds: "Huh? Oh… *laughs* I don't care *laughs some more*"

Yeah, she was really crushed.

I changed my avatar. It's actuall a slightly altered picture of myself, if that makes a bit of difference.

Umm…. keep hope alive?

Emos FTW!

Pic of Me

Disclaimer: I'm not really emo, only dressed up as one in this picture.

The exact same girl situation's happening with me. There's this girl I kinda like, and her friends are telling me that she's "in love" with me, but I'm still kinda, y'know, doubtful about it.

Bipolar bragging ftw.

I guess a situation where a girl's friends encourage a boy to ask her out is a typically high school situation ;)

Here in the UK, all the girls go to the rebels, the dickheads, the assholes, and the sporty.

I think I'm the only person on 64digits that doesn't look like a nerd or an emo…
