I AM CURED

Finally, after 2 weeks of suffering, I'm over this cold/stomach flu/SARS illness I've had bogging me down. I can finally talk to someone without coughing for 3 hours and practically choking to death. So yeah, I can finally move on.

In a more relevant story, I'm starting to work on some 3D games. I'll let you know how that goes, if it goes at all. 3D is a whole 'nother dimension.

Yeah, 3D is a pain in the plagas, it takes like 82,293 lines of code just to model one enemy. That's a rough estimate, BTW. Could be off by a little.

Why can't there be a function in GM like:

d3d_make_first_person_shooter(true, 10, 14)

// d3d_make_first_person_shooter(mouselook, AI, weaponNum)

creates a fully functional first-person shooter game. 'mouselook' determines whether or not the player uses the mouse to aim. AI determines how smart the enemies are. weaponNum determines the amount of weapon in the game.
