Happy 4th of July to all you fellow Americans out there. Unless you live in New York like me, you should be lighting fireworks in a few hours. Just remember - aim away from face, keep out of the reach of children.
Since fireworks are out of the question for me, I guess my family'll just be having a good 4th of July grillin'. I just hope my dad doesn't catch the grill on fire again…In other news, Halibutski is learning Python, and as soon as I can, I will be starting it as well. He tells me it is relatively easy to get into, and from what I read, is very powerful.Looks like it's time for a random poll:Paper or plastic?Paper - Smooth brown texture, very practicalPlastic - See-through(mostly), durableThis should be interesting.Enjoy the show.PS - Don't run with scissors. I mean it this time.
Normally we dont light off fire works intill the end of July 4th it is July 3rd here and in two hours huly fourth. I live in AZ so yeah.
Heh, there's people around here who light fireworks on July 1st
XDNot American so will not comment on first part. I did nothing on Canada Day 'cept sleep in. And I do that anyways.
I'd have to say plastic. I like plastic better because paper reminds me of school.Happy Independance Day! And we aren't allowed to have fireworks in our neighborhood either :( , but everyone does anyway :).
Java anc C++ for me. I'm learning both. From what I heard, Python isn't all that good, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.
-Haloyeah…i live in MD so i cant light any fireworks, and theres no way in hell i could launch any (without getting in trouble) due to being so close to DC lol
but my family is going to DE and were gonna light the hell outta stuff on the beachesPython. Python is brilliant. Use it.
Yaaaay independence day. I don't want to risk losing a finger or two, so I let the dangerous stuff go to all the people that I don't know. We just go out and see other people's fireworks while they do all the work :D
Paper by the way. I LOOOOVE the brown paper smell :DYes, Python seems pretty cool right now. Never programmed with a command prompt before.
No one ran with scissors yet… good.
