Chyeah, me again. I came up with an amazing idea last night, similar to one of my oldest games I've ever made, and it was very succesful, so the idea popped back into my head, and with my coding prowess I have now, why not recreate it? It would be an interesting thing to do, so I'll explain what it was all about.
The world's been in constant strife for over 30 years now, the army's are about to use their nuclear warfare, and all seems to be lost… Well, my government doesn't think so. I've been drafted for some experiment that, I don't know, will change the whole course of the war, I personally doubt it, but this experiment they explained to me about, changed my mind completely. The experiment uses special cloning technology to split a persons body into two different beings, given special powers. They don't know what kind of powers I will gain, but it sounds amazing. I decided to accept the call, and try to see what I could do for my country.Rick, who is the person drafted for this experiment, is cloned in two and gain special abilities with the change. The first half, which is blue, has the ability to grab onto and use hidden energy patches to progress through areas, and the second half, uses a strange power to where his molecules can be rearranged to go through iron thorns and such. The two are sent to the other country using a behemoth air ship, and the air ship is hijacked by the enemy, which is where your first trials begin.Does it sound good? The original idea was once called 'runter - two for one deal' but it managed to get deleted, so I'm going to recreate the game myself. The goal is to use the two characters to reach one exit, through the use of their special abilities. I was also hoping that with some help, I could find a way to get it to become online, but I would need someone else's help with that. so yeah, I'm going to start the project today, so expect a demo sometime soon.~Vanhelsing~P.S. I'm still recruiting for my faction, Destructive power. If you'd like to join, PM me and I'll see how good you are.P.P.S.I happen to have found the link to my ancient version of this game, so you can see what exactly I'm talking about.http://gmc.yoyogames.com/index.php?act=Post&CODE=08&f=11&t=142910&p=1003383&st=BTW, this was when I was like REALLY nooby, and thought the GMC was awesome, so I suggest downloading the game and getting the f*** outta there ASAP.
Lucky…you have access to your files at least, I am "forbidden" to access my avatar and banner, lol. Anyways, sounds cool.
I have acess to my files.
but, where did I get this image from?Well, I can see my files, but I can't upload them. :<
I heard you punch yer brother alot.
Lol… and that is related to the topic how, slash? I hit him alot because he goes beyond obnoxious, believe me when I say that.
That reminds me of a few games. Its a great idea. if you've ever played Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga for GBA. They have a few mission like that, and sometimes when one is away the other gets kidnapped.
Also, if you have them be like fire and water it would be great, hit them with the fire guy to heat them and than cool them with the water guy causing them to be frozen like a rock(ever see the Fantastic 4?{i think it only works on metals})I like the idea, as for my file managers, nothing important is in them anyway, I upload my stuff at Host-A-Hosting.Thanks, sk8. I actually have it to where the blue guy can use a chemical called energon to his advantage, like iron bars made of energon, he can climb on. The red guy, will be able to phase through things that aren't made of energon, such as spikes, or walk through small puddles of energon to access areas the other can't. You'll have to master these guy's abilities to get all the special tokens in the game to unlock random things, like art and such, but that's something I've got planned. As for the fire and water idea, I don't think I'll do something like that. If you've ever played jumper 2, this is a bit like that. The army sends project runter, as I like to call it, out without weapons to prevent being detected at all, y'know? And I've played MLSS for the GBA, but in this case, that sort of method is used just about all the time.
Okay, Ive never played Jumper 2, only Jumper one… Jumper is a great game!
Chyeah, I got a link to my ancient idea, when I first attempted to create this idea, so it'll suffice as a demo for now. And yes, Jumper is awesome.
Sounds like a great idea, good story beggining and everything. Looking forward to seeing it.
