I was clearly fucking tired when I wrote my previous blog, and most people seemed to percieve it incorrectly. Either that or I was in la-la land at the time. Anyways, what literally happened was that we were talking about our future, and acting as if we were married 4 years from now. I asked her if she would marry me 4 years from now if we had the resources to support ourselves, and she said yes.
Clearly a huge misunderstanding and a nice grammatical error on my part, so hopefully that clears the minds up of those saying "What a moron, in highschool?".FYI, 4 years from now is when I should be done and have some form of degree from college and a job with some form of income, so it's not as if I was thinking about the now, and not the later reprecussions. In other news, I have choir shit. At 7:30 in the morning. NOT COOL. I'm able to stay up as long as I please with no restrictions and this is what happens? Well that freakin' bites.I recently bought neverwinter nights 2. It's a promising game, but it's fucking hard, even on easy mode. Being a squishy wizard that everyone wants dead isn't very fun! The online play is loads of fun, however, and I got about 3 other friends that play online, so it's much harder to die online, because you have other people to get your back. That and the fact that the system is reliant on the original D&D rules are pretty mindblowing IMO, and compared to the pencil/paper version, NWN 2 is alot faster, and still holds that charm D&D seems to have.I'll stop here, because I need to sleep.~V~EDIT : I just re-read my old blog and skimmed the comments. Did you guys just read the first 50 words? That and you're proving to be useless to the point where if I do the opposite of what you guys suggest, I do much better off. L2Not-So-Pessemistic maybe?
Good, you aren't giving up so soon. Congratulations.
I still think it's pretty silly - and maybe so will you in 4 years ;) But good luck!
50 words? more like 50 characters. =p
Nah, I don't see anything wrong with what you said in your last blog.Hmhmhm, thanks for the support guys. I really do appreciate it. :P
@Cesque Probably, but life itself seems to be silly almost every day, yeah? There's really nothing wrong with saying "We'll marry in 4 years", but it will still probably never happen.
I used to feel the same way about my girlfriend but we have since broken up.Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.
I think the reason we're skeptical is because *everyone* goes through this phase and it rarely ever happens that you marry your high school girlfriend.
I'm still with my highschool (and first) girlfriend and i've been in college for a year.
