So after the long, obnoxious years of putting up with public school, I have finally graduated. It feels rather odd, knowing that I never have to go back to one of those damned places again. That and I will *hopefully* never see those idiot's mugs ever again. That's probably asking alot, but knowing that I don't have to put up with their bullshit anymore is just such a nice feeling. So after the graduation, the entire night we had Austin park and pizza (Really fun place, I love setting highscores on the ITG machine there) to ourselves from 10 to 6 in the morning. I'll give you a brief rundown of what happened.-Set 5 highscores on their ITG machine, all of which were #1. I couldn't feel my legs for a full day after that.-Some people (senior graduates from last year) showed up, and I'm a little dissapointed that they couldn't grow up and find some new friends in college. It's pretty damn pathetic.-We had a raffle that involved flat screen TVs and laptops and all kinds of other things. I happened to have ridiculous luck and won the last item being given away, which was a mini-fridge. Not a laptop or flatscreen TV, but shit, I already have both of those. A mini fridge is pretty damn nice. So I now have a fridge in my room. That and my girlfriend's birthday is in 3 days. I already know what I'm getting her. (Not a dick-in-a-box. Otherwise I'd soon be illegal in about 48 different states, if not other countries as well.)Aaand that's about it. OH, and I have a graduation party later tonight, go me.~V~
For a while I wanted a mini-fridge, then I realized that if I kept it in my room the noise would drive me insane at night.
Mini-fridge is pretty awesome. I'd also want a mini-microwave. Keep leftover pizza in the fridge and then cook it up in the microwave. Mmmmm….
THE BIRD THE BIRD THE BIRD IS THE WORD
I don't like mini fridges. It's just a waste of space and electricity when there's a bigger fridge 2 minutes away from my room.
Nice work man, have any sweet college plans??
Who needs a mini-microwave when you could have an industrial one?
@Josea: 2 minutes? holy shit, how big is your house.
Myeah, if I had a microwave, I could then live in my room for weeks at a time, lmao. But I'm keeping the mini-fridge for when I head out of the house.
@Tyler I plan to go to the local community college & do transit for 2 years so I get a definate idea of what it is I want to do for the rest of my life, then transfer to a 4 year university of some sort. That's when I'll move out of the house and my mini-fridge will find a good purpose. :P@KabobThe noise isn't all that bad, actually. It's almost ambient, sounds like a little hum with a sort of jungle-ish sound to it. Wierd, but relaxing. It almost helps me fall asleep, really.
