[SITE HELP!]Yeah so I'm still spending a lot of time on the site but I'm a bit stuck. Post and other data need to be kept in a database, now I know a bit about Structured Query Language (SQL) but how do you integrate this into php? Any of you guys know?[RPG]In other news I'm a bit pissed of with my RPG, GM crashed, (too high a data stack me thinks) and the thing fucking crashed on me. Ah well, things are looking up for the project as a whole anyway.Ive got shops, items you can use properly and get after battle working. Next up is equipment and better menus, then you peeps can probably get a demo. The menu system has taken ages to make as ive really… reeaaaaaalllly optimized the code for it to the max.Part of the menu done so far:
[LIFE]Im going out with some friends on monday, were going to see Cloverfield (although one of my (male) friends wanted to see Juno lulz) and then were gonna go bowling or something. What were you thinking when you thought it would be a good idea to use black text on a black background?
I don't need everything spelled out for me; I was trying to make a point that the menu is light grey and the text is black!
Are you guys just being picky or do you honestly think its hard to see? Everyone Ive asked in real life thinks its fine…What sort of scheme would you suggest then? I thnk white text looks crass.You call that "light grey"?
Pro tip: Not everyone uses the same contrast/brightness settings as you do.Yeah, good point… so some of you genuinely find it hard to see? OK ill change it then.
