It's not impossible to change the results, anyone who has access to the MySQL database your site connects to could change the poll results, even if it's not built into PHP Nuke itself.
As for the games situation, you may not have put them up yourself, but I believe you knew it was wrong that your friends were adding the games, but you still allowed them to do it. At any point in time it could have been stopped, but it wasn't.In any case, I hope that you turn your act around, as anyone who has the initiative you have maintained through all this could make a successful GM site… just go about it the right way next time.
