This competition has been really tough; I planned small but also planned on experimenting a lot so it's been varied progress each time I sit down to it. Modelling by coding in magic numbers is really tough also. I probably should've prepared something else instead of that :PHopefully you know what that is in the picture. SLENNDERMANNNAnd sliding glass doors. Which he frequently opens to come inside and join the… uh.. party. Yeah. Party.Ever since I completed the first intended scare in the game I've been having nightmares. So I'm really wondering if I'll ever want to make another horror game. But this one has been really satisfying to develop. Also, I made a 'discovery' that has probably been discovered many times before. But white noise is the darkness of sound. Not silence. And you might say no, silence is, because darkness is the absence of light. And you'd be right. But not in the context of a horror game.In a horror game darkness is what obscures things and impairs your vision. In the same way, white noise obscures sounds and impairs the ability for you to even listen for footsteps.

I want to play.
I also want an X-mas competition.A Christmas competition might be nice if we could get another underlying theme.
It probably wouldn't be too difficult to pick one. Christ, gifts, nostalgia, north pole, winter, or uh, cooking.
Well. Only reason I say that is because Christmas doesn't seem like a cool enough theme for me to make a game about. Yeah, that's just me.
Also, looking forward to that there game. Thanks :)
I think I'm going to make a Christmas game anyhow because I never tried doing so before. Also, I really want to a point and click adventure game like monkey island right now.
btw cool game, 3D games can have the best scares, i look forward to it!This game looks very cool, seems like you've made a lot of progress.
Can't wait to play :DAnd if I were to make a Christmas game it would probably be themed around horror, I remember last Christmas the game 'Killing Floor' changed all the character textures into santas, reindeer etc.
