Some of the factlib facts have a true and a false side to them:

Chewing gum is outlawed in Singapore because it is a means of 'tainting an environment free of dirt.'

until 2002.

Another example:

Napoleon, the famous French general, was not born in France. He was born on the Mediterranean island of Corsica of Italian parents.

He was born in Corsica…

which is part of France.

But others are outright false:

There have been over 7,200 acts of terrorism against the US over the last 15 years.

And some are true but disturbing:

McDonald's salads contain up to 60% more fat than their burgers!

In my last blog I said I was going to some small town with an amusement park and a water park. Turns out I didn't get the whole story. I went to Granby (in Quebec) which turns out to have a somewhat famous (in Quebec) zoo with a water park and amusement park. We (my family and me) had to stay in one tent 'cause we forgot the poles for the second tent [><] Anyway, it was fun. I have pics. I'll edit to post them later. There was this awesome ride in the amusement park called the Anaconda. You go into this circular pit thing and it starts spinning and you stick to the wall. Then the floor drops [:D]. At the end when you slip back down it gives you a wedgie.
