Calling all ladies!

Wow, it's been a really long time! How is everyone doing?? I hope you're all really happy :)

So I'm here to tell you all about the project I've started working on. Now, this is a huge deal because I've never been confident enough in poetry (not my abilities, mostly poetry as an art) to actually pursue long-term projects. Most of the ideas I've had have been along the lines of "I don't know, like an anthology of my best poetry" and they never got any farther than that. Now, though. this is huge.

The Feminine Collaborative

It is, of course, a poetry anthology. Inspired by my new-found love for character poetry and my love for all things feminist and women's rights, I hope to illustrate the human experience from the point of view of all types of women, and it's going to be awesome.

Unfortunately for me, I am not Every Type of Woman– I am One Type of Woman.

Fortunately, half the planet claims the title "Woman," and I hope to take advantage of this resource! I am looking for women to take an opinion questionnaire on what it's like to be them. I need to receive at least 100 responses before I'll go forward with the project, because I don't want to have a narrow point of view. I would love to have well over 250.

It would be so greatly appreciated if you would take the 15 or so minutes to contribute to this fine piece of literature (again, ladies only–sorry, guys. Maybe next time!) or send the link to any woman you know who would be interested in participating. If everyone who came across the link sent it to one woman? Even if half of those women contacted sent a response, I'd have that hundred in no time.

I am so excited about this and any input or support would be greatly appreciated as well. (From men OR women!)

Maybe I'm missing some point that you can make clear to me, but there's no exclusive "cliques" or projects for hispanics, or blacks, or asians, or muslims, or atheists, or homosexuals on 64digits,

I vote for an all South African project XP

I don't see why there should be (an exclusive project) for women (on 64digits).
There's no reason why there shouldn't be, really. Men have a natural tendency to want to suppress women and keep them timid, so they don't have a conflicting opinion. I don't think it necessarily always makes us bad people, and the whole idea of "privilege" is the slipperiest of slopes there is, but it's important to let everyone express themselves and not give an indication of telling women to quieten down. You have to be perhaps more careful than you would be otherwise.
